Designer Malcolm McKeon is embarking on an unprecedented collaboration with the world leader in the luxury catamaran market, Sunreef Yachts, to inaugurate their brand new concept: a luxury superyacht with a surface area of over 2,500 m².

Named the Sunreef MM460CAT, this luxury catamaran is perfectly positioned on the market of exceptional superyachts and puts pressure on its competitors.

Measuring nearly 46 meters long, this brand new catamaran concept will delight experienced sailors who will be able to enjoy both comfort on board and a navigation entirely based on new technologies.

This project was born on an important demand of the big luxury sailing catamarans which did not propose at the moment enough performances at the level and as at the level of navigation.

The giant Sunreef Yachts dominates by far the world market of top-of-the-range custom-built catamarans and intends to satisfy the demand of its privileged clients by offering them an original concept with a perfect balance between safety, beauty and comfort.

Based in Gdansk, Poland, the company has the reputation of responding perfectly to the various requests by respecting every little detail from the design to the finishes. Headed and founded by Frenchman Francis Lapp, coordinator of catamaran design and construction, he is currently overseeing the creation of a new construction site for the company, one of the largest in Europe.

To begin with, this yacht has a 60m² driver’s cabin on the port side, surrounded by a huge glass superstructure, a vast space that offers perfect visibility of the sea while sailing. There are three twin cabins with twin beds in addition to the engineer’s and captain’s cabins, the crew mess, the laundry room and the yacht’s galley. Just below is the open-air dining area, a lounge area and large sofas that can accommodate guests without any problem. The main saloon can be opened along the entire length of its glass structures thanks to large sliding doors.

The owners’ suites and VIPs are located forward on the main deck, each with a double bed, desk and dressing room, not forgetting the breathtaking view of the sunbathing area that follows the waves of the water. For the other guests, the four other bedrooms will be located on the starboard hull, convertible in single or double configuration, each with its own bathroom.

And to top it all off, a 6.2m tender at the rear of the starboard hull will offer guests nautical toys, diving tanks, compressor and diving suits. Everything is available for them to make the most of the depths, and for their greatest pleasure, two ski jets are also available on board. This time on the port side, we can find a beach club with a bar and accessible sauna, as well as a 2.5 meter folding platform allowing direct access to the water.
