After the opening of an Off-White boutique in London at the beginning of September, a new temple of streetwear couture is set up in Milan.
Located on Via Verri in Milan, the boutique covers 400 square meters in the heart of Milan’s golden triangle. The men’s and women’s collections will be on sale there, as well as a selection of home items. According to the brand, which is managed by Virgil Abloh, the boutique “embraces a minimalism that is both earthy and elegant.
The decoration is composed of natural materials, giving warmth to this two-storey boutique. The white walls are broken by Patagonia granite furniture and the floor is partially covered with a pink carpet embodying the brand’s name. Near the entrance, a wooden log is placed to give an organic and natural atmosphere to the store.
The women’s collection is displayed on the ground floor and accessories and bags are displayed on wooden pedestals. On the second floor, the men’s collection is displayed, and the pink carpet on the ground floor has been replaced by a dark green carpet.
The last room of the boutique is reserved for the household collection, and is equipped with silk wallpaper and wooden wall displays. It houses clocks, tablecloths and tea sets by Virgil Abloh.
Although this is the first Off-White store in Milan, Virgil Abloh already has a design studio in the city. An ephemeral boutique also opened last June in Paris, and will remain open until December.
