French chef Jean Imbert once again teamed up with American hip-hop icon Pharrell Williams to open a café-restaurant in the city of Saint-Tropez. Backed by the LVMH group, owner of La Maison Blanche site in the heart of the emblematic Place des Lices, the establishment will welcome its first guests in a few days for the start of the summer season in an intimate and refined Mediterranean setting.

The famous Parisian chef couldn’t hide his enthusiasm on social networks as the big day was approaching: “Pharrell and I are opening a café/restaurant together in 10 days in France“, “In a few days, ToShare will open under these pine trees in Place des Lices” one could read on his Instagram account.

It is under the radiant southern sun that Jean Imbert and Pharrell Williams are about to open the doors of their brand new French restaurant located in a unique place in the heart of the famous Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez on the French Riviera.

The establishment will be shoulder-to-shoulder with the prestigious White 1921 hotel, the former mythical White House, bought by the luxury group LVMH eight years ago. A classy spot in the seaside town, designed to welcome tourists and locals in a very Mediterranean chic and refined decor.

Baptized “ToShare” or “Partager” in French, this cafe/restaurant still bears its name well, as it is above all a convivial and welcoming place, just like the South of France which is full of warm and friendly restaurants. The reservation site La Fourchette even classifies it in the “trendy, cosy” category.

The menu remains quite affordable, somewhere between gastronomic and popular cuisine, and will feature regional products: pineapple tomato, black sesame, mozzarella (14€) as a starter, nem langoustine mint (22€) and fish & chips tuna & courgette (24€) as a main course and matcha cherry and passion raspberry (11€) as a dessert.

French chef Jean Imbert, already running five restaurants in Paris, is now conquering the south-east coast of France alongside American singer Pharrell William, after having already partnered with him in November 2018 for the opening of the Swan in Miami’s Buena Vista district.

A renewed collaboration that is once again celebrating the union of music and cuisine for the enjoyment of both the singer’s fans and food lovers.

With a fresh menu that smells like summer and a bright white environment, this new dolce vita destination promises to take us on a delicious culinary journey to the Mediterranean.

An ideal meeting place to enjoy the sleepless nights of the mythical southern city.
