The IFG Executive Education (INSEEC U) launches a training to “Manage a luxury business unit”

The Luxury Pole of the IFG Executive Education lauches a new degree to learn how to manage compagnies and organizations in the luxury field. For 15 years, Executive IFG Education offers training programs for hospitality and luxury professionals.

The new university degree of the IFG Executive Education teaches the methods to “Manage a luxury business unit“. A first in France! This operational and diploma-awarding training proposes to guide the managers or the aspiring ones, to take in hand a profit center (from unit shop to industrial production).

This new diploma provides all the necessary tools to manage or overcome the challenges tied to the mutation and the current transformations of luxury business units: digital, omnichannel, robotization, uses of artificial intelligence … In the same way, essential subjects such as the financing, the recruitment, the planning, the production will be approached.

This program is for all the professionals wishing to work in the luxury industry, but also executives wanting a better understanding of the stakes linked to the management of a business unit, as well as the managers who have for ambition to increase their profitability, to revise their way of managing stocks and teams. Ultimate objective? Becoming a leader and a referent for its customers and teams.

The IFG Executive EducationINSEEC U pole of training, proposes a program dedicated to the different luxury sectors, hospitality, mobility, gastronomy, wines and liquor professions or the retail and fashion industry. This pole of training allows to obtain diplomas and certificates internationally recognized. To provide vocational, pragmatic and custom-made trainings, IFG bases itself on the experience of Luxury Attitude, which accompanies since 1997 the most beautiful luxury hotels and houses.

The ambition of the consulting firm and the reference training is to answer the managerial challenges connected to the creation of a brand, the optimization of the performance and the strategic repositioning of a bussiness unit.
