The tenth Parisian edition of the Made in France trade fair (MIF) will be held at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre from 10 to 13 November 2022. It will be an opportunity to meet the companies with the EPV (Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant) label from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
The next edition of the Made in France trade fair will be held in Paris, Porte de Versailles, over 4 days, from 10 to 13 November 2022. This is an opportunity for visitors to discover more than 850 companies from a wide range of sectors (fashion, beauty, well-being, children, gastronomy, decoration, furniture, etc.) that have chosen to manufacture in France.
Among them, the companies with the Living Heritage Label (EPV) from the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region will be present at the show. Let’s take a look at these jewels of French know-how:
Anis from the abbaye de Flavigny-Troubat
Since 1591, in the village of Flavigny, the famous aniseed candy has remained faithful to the same recipe. In large copper pans, each green anise seed is patiently wrapped in thin layers of delicately flavoured syrup. No less than 15 days are necessary to make “Anis de Flavigny”. This is a long and delicate process that requires a unique know-how, passed down from generation to generation in this small family business.
Cristel France
Cristel is the leading manufacturer of high-end stainless steel cookware. It has held the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label since 2009. Its Mutine, Strate and Casteline collections have the France Origine Guaranteed (OFG) label.
Delavelle
Delavelle is a furniture design company whose workshop is located in eastern France, in Franche-Comté. They combine traditional cabinet-making skills with a design and innovation approach to create collections that are both authentic and resolutely contemporary.
Emile Henry
Emile Henry is a French company based in Southern Burgundy, which develops and manufactures high quality ceramic cooking utensils and kitchen accessories. Since its creation in 1850, six generations have passed the torch in its workshops in Marcigny.
Fèves Colas Clamecy
The Faïencerie de Clamecy was created in 1919. Since then, three generations of craftsmen have succeeded one another to create the famous fava beans that we find with pleasure in our “king’s cake”.
La chemise française
La manufacture Perrin 1924
The Manufacture de bonneterie Perrin specialises in creating high quality socks and tights. It has remained faithful to the made in France concept since the creation of the hosiery in 1924.
Le Cassissium
The Maison Védrenne was created in 1923 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of the orchards of Burgundy, by Joseph Védrenne. For over 90 years, it has been renowned for its know-how and the high quality of its products: creams, liquors and fruit syrups.
La moutarderie Fallot
In 1840, Léon Bouley founded a mustard and oil factory. Edmond Fallot took over the company in 1928 and put his name to it. In 2009, Fallot mustard obtained a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Since then, it has continued to delight cooks and gourmets.
Mulot et Petitjean gingerbread
Founded in 1796, Mulot & Petitjean is the heir to a long and prestigious history that has made Dijon the capital of gingerbread. Awarded the EPV label in 2012, it remains today a family business, very attached to the values of the master grocers of Dijon.
