From 3 to 10 December, the Salon Nautic will present the innovations of the sector: sailboats, equipment, but also professionals and amateurs of nautical tourism will be present.
Spread over two halls at the Porte de Versailles, Nautic 2022 will take place from 3 to 10 December to present the latest innovations in the sector. Mike Horn, the extreme adventurer, will open the doors of this 61st edition of the show. “We are very pleased that Mike Horn has agreed to sponsor this edition. This great adventurer, lover of extreme sports, polyglot and globetrotter, embodies many of our nautical values and he knows, like other great names in their time, how to combine innovation and surpassing oneself”, says Alain Pichavant, the general commissioner of the Nautic trade show.
Nearly 170,000 visitors are expected this year to meet the 650 exhibitors present. Several new features will mark the Show, such as a preview evening reserved exclusively for exhibitors on Friday 2 December and a festive nautical night open to all to close the event on Saturday 10 December.
Innovation and new products will be omnipresent in the show’s aisles. “Few exhibitors do not present a new product on their stand, the common objective of which is to make a concrete contribution to the ecological transition. This attests to the dynamism of the sector and the general awareness of environmental issues,” analyses the French Nautical Industries Federation (FIN).
Visitors will also discover the future winners of the Innovation competition. Out of more than 60 competitors, some fifteen finalists’ projects will be on display, before the final jury on 10 December.
The preservation of the maritime environment will also be given special attention this year thanks to an immersive experience in the “Ocean & Climate Platform” exhibition, covering almost 500 m². Visitors will be invited to enjoy a playful, visual and auditory experience, thanks to a 40-metre long graphic fresco and a dome projecting a 360° film.
