The news fell yesterday, Jean-Paul Gaultier will entrust his next Haute Couture collection to the artistic director of the house Balmain Olivier Rousteing.
While the Paris Fashion Week is coming to an end today, we just learned the new Haute Couture collaboration between Jean-Paul Gaultier and Olivier Rousteing. Indeed, if Jean-Paul Gaultier has officially retired, this is not the case of his fashion house, for which collaborations follow one another. Since January 2020, the fashion house has served as a gateway for different designers, moving from Chitose Abe, for his fall-winter 2021-2022 collection, to Glenn Martens for spring-summer 2022.

The fashion world is wondering what will come of this unprecedented collaboration between the fashion house and Olivier Rousteing, who has proven himself at Balmain.
