Maison & Objet is organizing its annual show from January 19 to 23, 2023, at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center. Players from the world of home, decoration and interior design will be there to help visitors discover the decorating trends of 2023, on the theme of Take Care.
Maison & Objet is back on Thursday, January 19, 2023 and will remain open to the public until Monday, January 23, at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center (93). All the players in the world of home, decoration and interior design will be there to present their products: from the kitchen to the living room, including the bedroom and household linen, nearly 2,300 exhibitors have confirmed their presence for the January edition.
For 27 years, Maison & Objet has been bringing together the international community of decoration, design and lifestyle. Through two annual trade shows reserved for professionals in the decorating and design sphere, Maison & Objet has the ability to accelerate the visibility of exhibiting brands and promote trends at the center of the decorating universe. The traditional specialized areas will be open to visitors to address issues of the moment, such as the relationship of individuals to the home as a place of rest and expression of our desire for ecology.
For this 2023 edition, the Salon has chosen the expression Take Care as its theme of inspiration. Its objective? To put back at the center four pillars of care: taking care of oneself, taking care of nature and the environment, taking care and interest in others, and protecting heritage and knowledge. With this theme, Maison & Objet wishes to revalorize not only the notions of “beauty”, but also of “good”. A theme with a lot of meaning.
A theme at the center of the news
The world is experiencing major social, economic and political upheavals, which are pushing brands to be more transparent, inclusive and responsible when addressing consumers. With Take Care, Maison & Objet wants to bring a ray of light into an era where we are searching for meaning and serenity. “While some visitors come to look for new products, others come to the show to find reference points, meaning and answers to societal questions, particularly concerning ecology,” explains Vincent Grégoire, Creative Director at NellyRodi.
From then on, young committed brands offering a new ethic have imposed themselves on the market. “We are faced with cultural, environmental and identity issues. Society needs new models that brands can embody, providing solutions in the areas of the environment, preservation of know-how, attention to others and well-being,” explains Vincent Grégoire.
Through its show, Maison & Objet wants to convey a certain philosophy with a perspective of softness and light in a darkened world.
