Following the announcement of a phased decommissioning schedule, 19 May 2021 marks the reopening of many cultural venues that have been closed since the third wave of Covid-19. It is finally the time to reconnect with the lost pleasures we have been looking forward to.
As we enter the second phase of the decontamination plan, which is something everyone can enjoy, many French people are wondering how they will be able to reorganise their days to get back to the feeling of life as it was before. The choice is vast: reopening of terraces, shopping centres, museums, cinemas and many other places, while waiting for wider reopenings on 9 and 30 June. Added to this, the curfew is also shifted to 9pm instead of 7pm, so you can enjoy the spring sunshine for longer.
So it’s time to enjoy the good times. This is the opportunity for us to share with you our selection of exhibitions, in order to make up for lost time.
Gabrielle Chanel exhibition at the Palais Galliera
This exhibition highlights the greatest creations of the fashion designer Coco Chanel. You can marvel at iconic pieces of the brand such as the iconic 1950s suit. A selection of jewellery, accessories and perfumes recreate Chanel’s vision of fashion. Still on display from May 19th to July 18th 2021, you can book your ticket from May 17th.
