[Luxus+ Magazine] Frank Sinatra’s California estate seeks new owner

If you’re a big fan of the famous singer Frank Sinatra, you’ll be happy to know that his California estate is up for sale for the first time in 25 years, along with its grounds. Take a tour of this incredible home, nicknamed Byrdview.

Built in 1951 for the wealthy Chase Manhattan Bank heiress Dora Hutchinson, who had commissioned it and had it designed in 1949 by the architectural firm Pereira Luckman AIA, before leaving Los Angeles for New York. The heiress rented the property to Frank Sinatra in the 1950s and 1960s, at the height of his success.

Byrdview, located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley suburb of Chatsworth, offers breathtaking views of the Chatsworth Nature Reserve and its mountainous landscape.
