[vc_row njt-role-user-roles=”administrator,armember”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Automaker Aston Martin launches for the first time into luxury real estate in the United States, with the design of a very first private home of 555m2, amounting to the price of 7.7 million dollars.
This is a first for the British builder, who decided to embark on this brand new project by partnering with the firm S3 Architecture, in order to think about the design of this new private residence.
Located in the forest on a 22-hectare estate, this house is currently under construction in the Hudson Valley in the state of New York, 2 hours from Manhattan. Called the “Sylvan Rock”, this sumptuous property has 555m2 of living space, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool and a 3-car garage with large windows and bay windows that can be seen from the various living areas.
This residence reserves other assets to its future owners in particular with its luxurious hut perched on top of the trees, its three small guest houses in POD as a reminder of the essential and the return to nature, as well as its various private hiking trails accessible from the house.
Aston Martin’s objective in designing this luxurious residence was to blend it into its natural environment by creating a dark roof made of blackened cedar, imitating the irregular lines of the estate’s rock formations.
It is the real estate agency Corcoran Country Living which took care of its sale on the market for a price amounting to 7.7 million dollars, or 6.5 million euros, and to be officially habitable from 2022.
The british brand provides to finalize this luxurious project for the year 2022 in parallel with another construction which is located this time in Miami, Florida, a residentiel tower of 6 floors and 391 apartments measuring more than 200 meters high, offering to its preferred future owners an Aston Martin’s car, a project which will officialize the place of the car manufacturer on the luxurious real estate market.
