The luxury brand “Grace of Monaco” was launched in the Principality with the inaugural symbol of the sale of a perfume.
The launch of this new brand is an initiative of the American branch of the Princess Grace Foundation. The aim of this brand, in the first instance, is to pay tribute to the princess:
“Our ambition is to offer incredible luxury products of course, but also and above all to ensure that the younger generations know that Princess Grace was not only a sublime woman. But also a philanthropist, a mother, a Hollywood star, a beloved princess. And may her life inspire others“, Brisa Carleton, director of the Princess Grace Foundation-USA, told the daily Monaco-Matin.
The princess has indeed done a lot in her life for others. The profits from the brand will be dedicated exclusively to the charitable activities of the Princess Grace Foundation, which helps hospitalized children and their parents. For this purpose, the new luxury firm will offer many items. And the first one put on sale was a perfume.
“There are two roses, a Centifolia and a Damascena that grows next to Grasse, some very beautiful Indian jasmine and then a lot of innovations with fractions of patchouli, vetiver. There is wood and a lot of flowers, femininity, naturalness to make a timeless perfume“. details to Monaco-Matin, Olivier Cresp the master perfumer.
The perfume is called “Promenade sur le Rocher“, with the brand logo “GDM” and the slogan “eternal reverie”. For the moment, it is available for sale only in the Principality at the Hotel de Paris. A total of 100 numbered bottles are available, ranging from 5000 to 10000 euros. These perfumes should be marketed worldwide by 2022.
