The luxury car brand Lamborghini has just announced that it will release an NFT collection, including 5 digital artworks.
Lamborghini, the Italian luxury sports car company, is launching a somewhat unusual NFT series. The collection consists of 5 space-themed digital artworks by an as yet unnamed artist. The collection is accessible by owning one of the 5 special “Space Keys“. This key is actually a piece of carbon fiber composite material that was sent to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2019.
So once this “Space Key” came back to earth and the testing was completed, Lamborghini had some sort of “space junk” on their hands comprar cialis sense recepta. That’s when they turned them into five space keys featuring a unique QR code that takes owners to an “exclusive, purely digital work of art“. Lamborghini’s Space Key might be of more interest because it combines digital art with a physical object that has traveled through space, unlike some NFTs, which are usually quite abstract.
The brand said, “Additional details will be shared in the coming days and weeks, including the name of the artist who created the Space Key and on the digital artwork, but also the nature of this unique work of art, the auction house that will handle our NFTs, as well as the date and time of the auction.”
When many questions remain unanswered, Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann says that “innovation is a deeply rooted part of Lamborghini’s DNA” and “the NFT world has called to us, and we are excited to engage with this very passionate and innovative community.”
