The Lalique group, a major player in the creation, development, marketing and worldwide distribution of crystal objects, jewelry, perfumes and interior decoration, announces the postponement of the publication of its final annual results.
Initially scheduled for April 8, their announcement will finally be made on April 16.
The annual report has indeed had to be modified due to the new IFRS 16 standard related to the representation of leasing reports applied for the first time as well as for the valuation of deferred taxes in connection with the corporate tax reform.
The group stresses that we should not expect material variations from the figures released on March 25.
The turnover announced for the financial year 2019 was 143.5 million euros, the profit before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounts to 1.4 million euros and the net profit to 1.1 million euros.
Lalique has indicated that its General Assembly will be held on May 8, 2020.
However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it will take place without the physical presence of the shareholders.
