Bogart generated consolidated revenue of €67.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2020 compared with €96.2 million in the same period of 2019 in an environment impacted by the new containment in several countries to deal with the Covid-19 health crisis.

This level of activity brings consolidated revenue in 2020 to €222.9 million compared with €303.3 million in 2019.

On a like-for-like basis, revenue declined 29.7% in the last quarter of 2020 and 27.8% for the full year.

The significant improvement recorded in the third quarter could not be confirmed at the end of the year due to administrative closures in the main markets where the group operates its directly-operated shops.

For 2020, the company confirms a positive EBITDA and a significant reduction in debt.
