Foodie friends, Gourmet Selection is back from 12 to 13 September 2021 for a new edition of its gustatory event. Since 2009, this fair has been offering a selection of exceptional products, including gourmet food, wine and spirits, with a focus on fine food and good taste.
Epicureans are eagerly awaiting the return of the Gourmet trade fair: during two days of meetings and tastings of all kinds, this 2021 edition has come at just the right time and is already putting a smile on the face of gastronomy professionals, most of whom have been unable to practice their profession for many months.
“Gourmet Selection remains more than ever faithful to its mission of highlighting talented producers and craftsmen, as well as distributors of fine products, with the firm intention of maintaining contact, while accompanying the recovery […] We are looking forward to celebrating this reunion and this new momentum surrounded by the best of the profession! “says Chantal de Lamotte, director of the show.
And in order to highlight their products, the fair organises competitions to reward our artists: the Best Of competition, awarding the label of the same name, offers a certain reputation in the gastronomic sector. The best products can be put forward and judged according to criteria such as quality, origin and innovation.
Another competition: the Quintessences. Intended for distributors, it will highlight the delicatessen products that show the best initiatives, through ethical commitments, the concept but also the animation at the point of sale and the communication.
See you on September the 12th and 13th of 2021 for distributors (hotels, delicatessens, gastronomes), knives and forks in hand, from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles!
