Sotheby’s International Realty announced yesterday the development of its structure in the state of Ohio with the opening of an Elite Sotheby’s International Realty.
Sotheby’s International continues its expansion in Ohio and opens its third affiliate in the state. The Elite Sotheby’s International Realty Group is owned by Ken Schmidt and Mike Schmidt and will be led by Chief Broker Joanne Zettl.
“The Greater Cleveland area is home to a number of attractions, including the nation’s second-largest performing arts center and the Lake Erie waterfront,” said Mike Schmidt.
Elite Sotheby’s International Realty’s new location in the City of Pepper Pike will serve the residential and luxury real estate markets in the Greater Cleveland area.
“The North Shore of Lake Erie has a long history of luxury neighborhoods and large properties,” said Philip White, president, and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, “Luxury real estate represents the top 10 percent of the market and the region is experiencing growing interest from local buyers migrating to Ohio from other Midwestern cities and eastern metropolitan markets“.
Elite Sotheby’s has an office in the region and plans to continue to grow. The real estate company is actively involved in the local community and has offered support to the Cleveland Children’s Hospital Clinic and various community efforts.
