If physical distancing is the order of the day, there is a much more surprising distance, the creation of jewelry from a distance. This is the credo of Eric Nion’s jewelry, which offers a service of creation of tailor-made jewelry, entirely at a distance and in real time. An innovative and wise approach undertaken by the jeweler and designer Eric Nion, a graduate of the Ecole du Louvre, who will be training in 3D design software from 2012.
A several times awarded French know-how that is spreading beyond borders. The Eric Nion’s jewelry puts the consumer at the heart of its approach, allowing it to intervene during the design and creation process thanks to its 3D jewelry studio: “From now on, the customer becomes the actor in the design of his jewelry. 3D drawing and videoconferencing allow him to participate at each stage, even from a distance. We have more and more orders from abroad “Amsterdam, London, Oslo…)”.
This technology gives the jewelry industry absolute control over its production. All the stages in the manufacture of the jewels are carried out, within a maximum of four weeks, in the Brest workshop, without any intermediary.
The jeweler’s commitment is also illustrated in the choice of materials: ethical recycles gold and certified diamonds. A top-of-the-range know-how and a personalized service that includes the sending of a resin model to validate the product as well as the delivery of the finished jewel by secure and confidential package.
The jewelry company remains on the cutting edge of innovation and continues to develop its custom design service and online collection. In addition, it is seeking to obtain new ethical jewelry labels and is working on the construction of a new showroom.
