In the exceptional sanitary context, inviting action and creativity, the Board of Directors of Gault&Millau appoints Mr. Zakari Benkhadra to the General Management of Gault&Millau France.
20 months after GM Holding’s acquisition of 100% of the Gault&Millau Group, this appointment is part of a vision that reinforces and amplifies the influence and positioning of Gault&Millau France in the Gastronomy and, tomorrow, Hospitality sector.
In order to reinvent and enrich the offer, this dynamic is leading to the implementation of various objectives such as “increasing the pace and quality of content, inspiring and nourishing all players in the Food and Hospitality markets, as well as creating unifying, convivial, inspiring, forward-looking, desirable and wealth-creating meetings“, the group states in a press release.
“After several months of observation and analysis of the ecosystem, the Board of Directors and I are accelerating the development and modernization of the Gault&Millau brand“. says Zakari Benkhadra.
The arrival of Zakari will allow us to structure the company in France by dedicating new resources to priority projects.
“Without ever denying the heritage dimension, we will remain faithful to the historical values of the brand, in line with the vision of the founders,” says Vladislav Skvortsov, President of Gault&Millau.

Trained in management, he began his career in the hotel and restaurant sector (Hyatt Hotel). Then he moved into marketing and consulting (Young & Rubicam). He continues his career in the world of lifestyle (Souleiado).
He then moved on to the Vivendi Group, the development department of Paris Expo, and then to the General Management of Saint Clair le traiteur.
In 2007, Zakari Benkhadra joined Alain Ducasse and became head of Alain Ducasse Education. He actively develops the subsidiary’s strategy and image.
Member of the COMEX, after having straightened the structure, created the 1st Master of French Pastry, federated more than 35 nationalities, he leaves the structure in 2014 leaving behind him an irreproachable record.
He then advises and accompanies the greatest actors of Gastronomy and created the Salon de la Pâtisserie. In 2018, Zakari founded the Institut Culinaire de France where he structured the educational engineering and institutional partnerships.
Today, with his global and unifying experience, he is now in charge of Gault&Millau.
