Dubai: Jacob & Co. and Binghatti start marketing the world’s tallest residential tower

The American watchmaker and the UAE real estate development company have just officially announced the opening for sale of apartments in their joint project in Dubai: the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences. This new development will offer the very best in terms of accommodation and amenities.

Ever more beautiful, ever higher! This could be the motto of the joint real estate project that has brought together American watchmaker Jacob & Co. and Binghatti, a real estate development company in the United Arab Emirates.

Founded and based in New York (and in Geneva for its technical watchmaking operations), Jacob & Co. is “renowned for constantly pushing the boundaries”, through its innovative ultra-luxurious creations. Binghatti, for its part, has won numerous international awards, including the International Property Awards and the Forbes Middle East Top 100 Real Estate Companies in the Arab world.

Architectural marvel

Together, they have imagined an architectural marvel that should leave even the most jaded luxury client in awe…

Their future creation, due for delivery in May 2026? A Dubai Hyper-Tower, competing for the title of the world’s tallest residential tower. The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences will feature 116 floors of residential apartments, distinguished as much by the sophistication of their construction as by the range of services they will offer.

In terms of services, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences will be almost like living in a Palace, with a coffee bar and a restaurant run by a renowned chef. Private elevators will guarantee residents direct, secure access to the apartments. But they will also be able to socialize with their neighbors around one of the two communal swimming pools (outdoor or indoor), complete with bars, and enjoy exclusive access to a private fitness club, airy gardens, a children’s leisure area and a spa. Finally, residents’ lives will be further facilitated by other private services (concierge, valet parking…).

Breathtaking views

As for the apartments, they will be “inspired by the jewelry and watchmaking masterpieces for which Jacob & Co is renowned”, most of them named after precious stones or the watchmaking creations dear to the jeweller-watchmaker.

Thanks to their huge panoramic windows, they offer unique, unobstructed views “over the Dubai skyline and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa”, the Emirate’s tallest skyscraper.

Depending on their means (which will always be high), future owners of these dream residences will be able to choose from a vast range of proposals, from quarter-floor to two-storey penthouse…

Even the “simple” quarter-floor Emerald Villas, Sapphire Villas or Ruby Villas, with two or three bedrooms, will feature a private infinity pool. An added bonus that allows you to create your own oasis of tranquillity, and is of course also available in the more spacious Ruby Sky Mansions (three bedrooms). But also in the Fleurs de Jardin Sky Mansions and Diamond Sky Mansions, occupying half floors.

The sale is now open!

The more affluent can opt for one of the two penthouses at the top of the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences, named after Jacob & Co.’s most famous watches. The Astronomia Sky Penthouse will occupy the entire top floor, while the Billionaire Sky Penthouse will span two floors and overlook the whole of Dubai.

Interested billionaires, don’t delay… Binghatti and Jacob & Co. have already indicated that they are “accepting nominations from clients wishing to acquire an apartment in this tower”. Nominations and sales of the program, the two partners point out, are part of “an extremely exclusive process in which real estate representatives specializing in VIP client relations register interest, manage nominations and then sell to clients”.
