The holiday season has been underway for a while now and Chanel is no exception to the celebrations. Between lunar experience, video game and tribute to emblematic perfumes, the luxury House dares and sees things in big.

This year, the French House is signing this festive season in a special way, with a collection that puts stars in our eyes. As sparkling as those tiny planets, the new makeup line De la Terre à la Lune is a perfect match for the spirit of the year-end celebrations. From shimmering eyeshadows, face powders, opaque lipsticks to body oils and a shower gel…Imagined by Chanel’s makeup design studio, the collection has more than enough products. Between well-being and beauty, this set of cosmic cosmetics will bring a touch of radiance to winter and festive looks.

To stay in the space universe, Chanel is thinking big. And for the end of 2022, the label has decided to venture into the pixelated world of video games by launching its first mobile game, Chanel Moon Walk.

This application was designed in collaboration with the Mazarine agency, with whom the House had already collaborated last year for its anniversary project Chanel Factory 5.

To play, you have to start by scanning a QR via the official Chanel website. Nothing could be easier. Then follows an immersion in a space universe where planets, meteorites and beauty products are mixed, for the greatest happiness of users. Once the access to Moon Walk is validated, the visitor is invited to destroy meteorites, while catching a selection of the brand’s products such as lipsticks or perfumes. Each captured item allows to accumulate points and to unlock a button, linked directly to the e-shop of the house.

As ephemeral as the holiday season, the game will only be available until January 1st. It is already available in about 30 countries.

Perfumes in the spotlight

After a new fragrance collection and the release of a video game, Chanel is offering an unprecedented olfactory immersion by celebrating its most emblematic perfumes. Today, and until January 9th, the French House is taking its bottles to the Grand Palais Éphémère for an exhibition called Chanel fait son grand Numéro. From the classic Chanel No. 5 to the iconic perfumes, the singularity of the brand’s fragrances is honored through a visit rich in experience, discovery and emotion.
