It took two years between 2017 and 2019 to obtain all the necessary authorizations and design the titanic building foundations. We will now have to wait until 2022 to admire the tallest residential tower in the United States, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way on the Florida coast in Miami.

The “Aston Martin Residences” real estate project was launched in 2017. The ambition? Bring the tallest apartment tower in the United States out of the ground, right in downtown Miami.
Over 10,000 cubic meters of concrete, a 66-storey tower that will reach a height of 250 meters, 391 luxury residences, apartments with an area between 65 m2 and 1,765 m2 and which will sell for between 675,000 euros and 45 million euros, exclusive services (fitness center, state-of-the-art spa, huge terrace with swimming pool, lounges, cinema, etc.): this is the incredible real estate project of Aston Martin.
For its first foray into real estate, the English brand of luxury and racing cars wanted to think big. Synonymous with excellence in the automotive world, it also hopes to become so in the world of luxury residences in the next few years.
A nod to its specialty, the brand decided to offer the happy owner of the Penthouse at 45 million euros an Aston Martin Vulcan, a supercar produced in only 24 copies.
And the brand did not stop there: it recently announced the construction at the foot of the building of a marina 150 meters long and 4.5 meters deep, to accommodate luxury yachts and benefit the owners of all types of services.
German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, says: “Since the building is located on the river with direct access to the sea, it made sense that owners and their guests might wish to moor their yacht right in front of their property. With ever larger yachts on the market, we are proud to be able to offer our residents large berths for large boats, including yachts over 90 m. We are also focusing on ecology, protecting and restoring marine biodiversity in order to save the flora and fauna and preserve this magnificent site. “
