Appointment of Maggie Henriquez as General Manager of Baccarat

After having just left her position as President of the Champagne House Krug, Maggie Henriquez has just been appointed this Friday as General Manager of the Baccarat crystal factory.

Already a member of Baccarat’s Board of Directors for more than seven years, Maggie Henriquez succeeds Hervé Martin, who served as Chief Executive Officer of the iconic crystal company for two years. However, Hervé Martin will continue to sit on the board as an independent director.

She trained as a systems engineer and attended Harvard University, and holds a doctorate in business administration from SMC University.

With 42 years of experience, 31 of which have been spent running companies based abroad, she will bring all her expertise and experience to bear on Baccarat’s international development. She began her career in Venezuela as a systems engineer for 8 years and is now the President of Seagram Spirits.

Maggie Henriquez worked for more than 20 years at Moët Hennessy, as President and CEO of Bodegas Chandon and Terrazas de Los Andes in Argentina, before being appointed President of Krug in France in 2009. The former President of Krug will leave her position permanently on March 31, 2022, and will take up her new position at Baccarat as of April 1.
