The contemporary jewelry festival is maintained for its second edition, and will be accessible in more than 40 Parisian venues this fall.

Parcours Bijoux, formerly known as Circuit Bijoux, is back to offer a journey across Paris to discover contemporary jewelry in more than 40 Parisian venues. The international event brings together artists, jewellers and researchers from the four corners of the world to present exhibitions, performances and conferences around the complex world of contemporary jewelry.

The festival Parcours Bijoux, organized through the association D’un bijou à l’autre, brings together professionals and amateurs once again to defend the creation of numerous artists and craftsmen. The contemporary jewelry festival invites us to reflect on the body and the ornament, and on their relationship, whether through different colors, shapes or materials.

At the crossroads between design and contemporary art, the festival takes us to discover the different facets of contemporary jewelry, both from an ecological and aesthetic point of view.

From October 6 to 25, 2020, Parcours Bijoux invites us to visit galleries, museums, institutions and public spaces throughout the capital, dedicated to the presentation of the event, to help the public discover the richness of the contemporary jewelry world. Among the venues for the festival, we can mention the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, rue Rivoli, which will offer the exhibition Collect / Connect bijoux contemporain, open from October 6, 2020 to January 3, 2021. A vernissage aimed at raising public awareness of the pollution of the seabed, Ocean 2050, will be available from October 8 to 25 at the Galerie Elsa Vanier, rue de l’Odéon.

The program of the festival, as well as the places and dates, are available on the Parcours Bijoux website.
