Conceived as a sanctuary of serenity dedicated to relaxation, the new Jumeirah Bali resort promises incredible scenery overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Dubai Holding‘s global luxury hotel group, Jumeirah Hotels & Resort, is expanding its international portfolio with the opening of its first resort in Indonesia.

Located in the Pecatu region of southwest Bali, the luxury resort has set up shop on Uluwatu Beach, one of the island’s most desirable locations. Perched atop the limestone cliffs, it offers 123 villas, as well as a four-room Royal Water Palace.

These have a private pool and outdoor living space with an open pavilion or landscaped tropical garden. The resort also offers exclusive access to a private beach surrounded by wilderness.

Inspired by Geoffrey Bawa‘s tropical modernism, Jumeirah Bali’s interior and exterior architecture is designed to complement the surrounding landscape. Like the group’s other properties, Jumeirah Bali aims to offer exceptional dining experiences and features no less than three restaurants and bars overseen by Chef Vincent Leroux.

The resort is also home to the group’s signature Talise Spa, which currently features two private treatment rooms and a full spa experience, including the island’s only traditional Turkish hammam (this service will be available from July 2022).

Talise Spa offers treatments by expert therapists, with holistic facials, energizing massages, cleansing scrubs and anti-stress therapies based on ancient Balinese techniques, accompanied by herbal preparations.
