The clip of the new Louis Vuitton perfume with Léa Seydoux

The famous French actress Léa Seydoux, Louis Vuitton muse, embodies the new perfume “Spell on you” in a sensual campaign film.

With the musical background of the song “Spell on you” by Nina Simone, the perfume of the house Louis Vuitton bewitches us. Léa Seydoux, muse of the brand since 2016, plays a young woman confident and full of passion.

The mini film portrays two lovers, in all sensuality. “I absolutely wanted to tell a love story, a bewitching romance,” explains fashion photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino, who directed the short film. “So I decided to translate the feelings of the protagonists with purity and elegance. The film also evokes travel, escape, a captivating theme that has always been the signature of Louis Vuitton.”

At the end, Léa Seydoux leaves the room wearing a suit and carrying a Capucine bag, by Vuitton. “I am honored to embody this new campaign highlighting a fragrance synonymous with sophistication and sensuality,” says the actress. “This campaign is a beautiful continuation of my journey with Louis Vuitton, now marked by several stories.

This new fragrance composed in Grasse deploys a declination around the iris. “The iris is a love potion in itself. Its scent literally overwhelms the senses,” explains Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, the master perfumer at Vuitton. “It is the ingredient of seduction par excellence, in cosmetics as in perfumery.” It is complemented by accents of violet, rose and jasmine.
