Luxury brand Moncler and sportswear brand Hoka have joined forces to create their version of the Mafate Speed 2.
Founded by athletes looking to improve their speed, the Hoka brand has proven itself with its athletic shoes designed to enable all athletes to increase their performance. Moncler, on the other hand, remains known for its innovative down jackets, which have become global icons of luxury sports over the years. By teaming up, Moncler and Hoka merge their unique styles to design a high performance mountain shoe.
The Mafate Speed 2 sneaker is designed for peak performance: it is an evolution of the very first HOKA-designed mountain shoe. With innovations like a Vibram Megagrip outsole and extra cushioning, it’s designed to excel on technical field. Rugged and comfortable, the shoe gets updated with Moncler details like the tricolor flag and felt patch.
The Moncler x HOKA collaboration will be sold in Moncler House of Genius stores, pop-ups and select Moncler stores worldwide, starting November 1, 2021 and will be available on the Hoka website starting December 1, 2021.
