Excellence by Vendôm: a round table dedicated to customer experience

In partnership with the Excellence By Vendôm trade show, Luxus Plus is organizing this Friday, October 8, a round table centered around the theme and issues related to the customer experience.

 

Excellence by Vendôm is an international trade fair for luxury professionals and this year, for the first time, will be entirely digital. It is aimed at schools, recruiters and job seekers in the luxury sector.

 

One of the roundtables moderated by Claire Domergue, publishing director at Luxus +, will be an opportunity for the speakers to discuss their vision of the customer experience, and how they intend to adapt to the new issues emerging in this field.

Indeed, between the pandemic and the new technologies that are emerging, especially in terms of service and booking, the field of customer experience is evolving, and these players must manage to adapt in order to be able to continuously offer their customers a first-class experience and service.

 

During this round table, several professionals from different fields will discuss and debate about customer experience, their way of doing things and their vision for the future. For this round table, we will be able to meet Elodie Carpentier, founder of the luxury and vegan cosmetic brand Le Rouge Français, Alexandre Rossoz, director of the Loulou Group restaurants, and finally, Oonagh Mackenzie, director of the real estate agency BARNES Chamonix.
