The international travel network Traveller Made welcomed 25 new members and 48 new partners this year to mutually enrich their experiences and join forces in this time of global crisis.

Exactly 73 new partners joined the Traveller Made global travel network between April and September 2020.

Despite a global crisis that is crippling and severely affecting the global tourism sector, 25 members and 48 partners have decided to join forces with Europe’s leading luxury travel network to join forces.

25 new members and 48 partners who wanted to join the Traveller Made network is a challenge in view of the context,” said Quentin Desurmont, President of Traveller Made.

Traveller Made now has no less than 450 agencies in 70 countries around the world and almost 1,200 partners. There are now 20 new Traveller Made Member Agencies, including five associate agencies, five in China, two in Russia and four in the United States.

As far as new network partners are concerned, there is now the largest concentration of agencies in Europe (27), including four in France, then elsewhere in the world, including five in the Caribbean, six in North America, five in Africa and three in Asia.

Traveller Made offers a wide range of establishments to its luxury clientele in order to provide them with as much choice as possible. Today there are more than twenty hotels, sixteen private villas, two private residences and even a private island.

Traveller Made’s new partners are therefore counting on this network for its dynamism and its solid position on the European market to avoid getting carried away by the crisis. Traveller Made is more than ever today the most international network with 191 travel agencies throughout Europe and the only one in the sector to specialise in ultra luxury. These new players will therefore enable all these agencies and partners to unite and share their experiences.

The Traveller Made network is recognised for its assets in terms of innovation and agility, which are attracting players in this market, particularly for its virtual exhibition The Essence of Luxury Travel, which was held at the end of March 2020, bringing together various players in the market. And this objective has been achieved since 10,500 virtual meetings were organised and 420 members and partners attended, including Aman, Oetker Collection, Cheval-Blanc, Kerzner One & Only Resorts, The Peninsula Hotels, and Belmond, i.e. more than half of those registered for the physical event originally scheduled for 22-25 March in Marbella.

Traveller Made has for a long time proposed solutions that respond to the relational problems between all the players in the luxury tourism sector, such as the recent Restart Map, an interactive map that displays in real time the reopening of its hotel partners in this time of crisis, which will boost the activity and provide valuable assistance to these establishments. A totally free service that benefits travel creators, agencies and travellers on the basis of very precise criteria.

Traveller Made has also been able to take advantage of various collaborations, particularly at the beginning of the year to meet the urgent needs of the hotel industry: “After several years of fruitful collaboration with Relais & Châteaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Traveller Made concluded a similar partnership with Leading Hotels of the World at the beginning of the year. These partnerships consist of exchanges of best practices, with the aim of bringing more value, which is much needed by hoteliers and travel designers,” said Quentin Desurmont, President of Traveller Made.
