The real estate group Fondimmo has unveiled the opening of a luxury hotel complex, located between Nice and Monaco, planned for 2025.

Fondimmo, the real estate group led by Paolo Celi, announced the opening of a luxury hotel complex, the Kempinski, designed by architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas. It will be located in Cap-d’Ail, about 3 km from Monaco. The architects have worked on projects such as the Shenzhen Bao’An International Airport and the Rho-Pero Trade Center in Milan.

The project aims to create an architecture that respects the morphology of the land, which will be completely integrated into the surrounding landscape by enhancing it without altering its characteristics“, the architectural duo says.

The winner of the competition launched by the SNCF, the “Kempinski” project by Fondimmo and Fuksas is already making headlines and has already aroused the curiosity of the national company and Xavier Beck, the mayor of Cap-d’Ail, who is also the Vice-President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.

The hotel complex includes more than 130 inner tubes and suites with a view of the Mediterranean, on a vast 12,000 m² plot of land. It will also include a panoramic swimming pool and a luxurious indoor spa, as well as several bars and restaurants.

And for business tourism clients, event space will be available, and numerous meeting and reception rooms will also be at their disposal.

This ambitious project, which aspires to “make the future establishment an icon and the benchmark for luxury hotels on a national and international scale“, will therefore see the light of day in 2025, and we already want to be there!
