The leading platform for the sale of second-hand luxury items has just kicked off its first ever summer sales festival, a digital initiative called Vestiaire Vibes. During this virtual festival, it will invite its community members to participate in various online activities. On the program are treasure hunts, challenges, auctions and flash sales with the aim of acquiring exceptional items at exclusive prices.

Fun activities

Today was the first treasure hunt of the season. There were 72 vouchers for a total amount of 9,500 euros. By following the clues hidden on the platform and combining them, the first 50 participants to send their answer by private message to the Instagram @vestiaireco account will receive a prize. The initiative will continue for the next four weeks every Tuesday and Thursday.

An event in support of the LGBTQ community

The platform will also host a series of flash sales, culminating on June 23rd with the Wear It With Pride event, which will honour creators who support the LGBTQ community. Each sale will last 24 hours and will be dedicated to iconic pieces, bags, jewellery, watches, sneakers…

Exceptional brands and pieces at discounted prices

Starting June 12, and for four weeks, The Dive reverse auctions will be held every Friday from 2 to 6 pm. Participants will receive a notification informing them of the drop in the price of each “liked” product. Discounts of at least 50% on brands such as Gucci, Balanciaga and Prada.

Finally, a number of challenges will take place, between June 10 and July 5: the Profile Challenge inviting members to improve their profile, the First Sale Challenge, from June 15 to 21 allowing sellers to appear in the Best Deals section and the Like to Win Challenge from June 24 to 28 to win a special voucher.
