At a time of confinement and teleworking, Cardis-Sotheby’s International Realty agency is innovating by federating developers and launching its first online real estate show exclusively dedicated to new projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

In 2020, there will most likely be no traditional real estate fair in French-speaking Switzerland due to health measures related to the current coronavirus crisis.

An alarming observation that has prompted the Cardis teams to break with the usual schemes and design the first online real estate fair dedicated exclusively to new projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

The real estate group has therefore federated several promoters. Objective: to offer all these promoters from the French-speaking cantons the opportunity to present their new projects as broadly as possible during the first edition of this online fair, which will take place from 29 April to 3 May next.

Multilingual (French, Russian, Italian, English, German), this fair will present at least fifty new projects currently being marketed or new projects that will soon be on the Lake Geneva arc, from Geneva to Fribourg, via Lausanne, La Côte, Montreux, Neuchâtel or Yverdon. The interaction will be handled by 33 brokers and hostesses who will be connected to accompany and respond to visitors with extremely modern technological tools: virtual tours, videoconferencing or site video.

Visitors will also have access to several analysis and financing offices to better identify their purchasing potential. Current thematic conferences will be organized for those who want to invest in stone or find the house or apartment of their dreams.

With more than 540 transactions completed in 2019, an increase of 30%, thanks in particular to the marketing of new projects, Cardis-Sotheby’s has legitimacy and a very clear vision of the state of the real estate market in the Lake Geneva region and the needs of its clientele.

An ideal opportunity for promoters to showcase their new programmes via virtual stands, and for invited “visitors” to make their real estate projects a reality and find their dream property.
