The group Rollan de By has just acquired the Château La Fleur Perey for an undisclosed cost, thus strengthening its portfolio, including Château Haut-Condissas, Tour Seran, La Clare to name a few

Distributed in more than 50 countries, Rollan de By wines have been available for about ten years in business and First Class on all Air France flights and lounges.

The group produces more than a million bottles per year under 7 labels, such as Château Rollan de By or Château Haut-Condissas, ranked as Crus Bourgeois.

Gathered for the better

After the acquisition of Château Tour Perey in 2011, Jean-Luc Marteau, cellar master,  partnered with Jean Guyon, owner of several estates in the northern Médoc, including Rollan de By, to acquire Fleur Perey.

Back to the start, the two neighbour vineyards that had belonged to the same family for several years before being divided, are now again reunited on a total area of 324 hectares.

An exceptionally interesting purchase, with 17 hectares located on one of the largest terroir of Saint-Emilion where the vines have an average age of 70 years.

And that’s how this Wine Fairs leader offered itself its first Grand Cru Classé.
