Boutique Hotels Collection has about ten charming hotels in France. The Palais Gallien, a 5-star hotel that will open by the end of the year in Bordeaux, gives us the opportunity to explore this Boutique-Hotel concept in greater depth.

Christophe San Jose, owner of Atlas Group, has about ten charming hotels in France. The objective is to provide an alternative to the most famous hotel groups. To do so, all their buildings are unique and with style, modern or ancient, the decoration and the service are also important and acknowledged. All of their hotels have no more than a 50 bedrooms.
In France, last year, 89 million tourists have visited the country and led to an increase of 8% in the luxury hotel industry.
Christophe San Jose continues its adventure after the success of the Villa Mauresque in Saint Raphael (French Riviera) by opening a new 5 stars hotel : the Palace Gallien, in Bordeaux.

The building is a mansion house dating back the beginning of the 20th century which has been renovated by the Group for 2 years. They have created 22 rooms, a pool, a spa, a rooftop…the hotel will fulfill the 250 criteria required to get 5 stars.
The hotel will also have a restaurant « La table de Montaigne », hold by a starred chef whose name has not been revealed yet. The aim is to add a star to the restaurant and to become an exceptional place. A prestigious wine bar will be present in the hotel, in honour of the region.

He also wants to open a 5 stars hotel in le Cap Ferret « It is a project very close to my heart because I’ve been living in le Cap Ferret for 20 years. It is a splendid place and I had the chance to collaborate with Laurent Taieb to open a new hotel with 30 bedrooms in the center of the Cap Ferret, with a view on the Arcachon bay. » said Christophe San Jose. « It will be decorated by Philipp Stark […] it is an honour to have him working with us on this project. »
The Atlas Group is a familial company created 30 years ago wishes to expand and plans to open two new stores by the end of 2019 predicting a bright future in front of it, and very confident in the luxury hotel industry.
