Saks, the American department store chain, expands its personalized service with the opening of Styling Suites, in partnership with major hotel groups.

The Styling Suites concept? Private suites with personalized shopping services. The project will be launched in partnership with leading global resorts across the United States. Among the states involved are California (Laguna Beach and Napa Valley), Hawaii (Honolulu), Tennessee (Nashville) and Florida (Orlando).

For this initiative, the group has teamed up with Marriott and its portfolio of luxury brands such as The Ritz Carlton and St Regis, as well as other major hotel operators including Auberge Resorts Collection and Faraway Hotels. The aim is to extend Fifth Avenue Club in the form of intimate, private venues within new world-class establishments across the country.

The new Styling Suites spaces offer customers at the various locations shopping appointments and personalized styling services, in addition to special events, representation lounges and unique shopping experiences. During these interviews, fashion experts will present exclusive items to customers.

To achieve this, the Fifth Avenue Club has recruited highly qualified stylists who are experts in each market, to offer customers unique selections in each category, such as clothing, jewelry, shoes and accessories. The pieces are sold in Saks stores and on the Saks.com website.

To celebrate the Fifth Avenue Club’s expansion, the retail chain and the Marriott hotel group organized a private dinner last Wednesday at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, located in California. A venue with an idyllic setting and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, which undoubtedly won the hearts of the guests. They were also able to discover the first Styling Suites exclusively, before the official opening.

Saks Fifth Avenue plans to rapidly expand its Styling Suites concept across the United States. A little extra that meets customers’ expectations and offers new prospects for personalized service. Finally, the icing on the cake is that the group is adapting the configuration of the suites to meet the needs of each individual customer.
